Shots fired at Chicago school bus; 2 students hurt
CHICAGO - authorities say shots have been fired at a school bus on Chicago's west side, but no students were hit.
Chicago fire department spokesman Larry Langford says the Wednesday morning incident sent two students to Mount sinai hospital in good condition with minor injuries from breaking glass.
authorities did not yet know what school or school district the students were from.
A chicago public schools spokeswoman is seeking information at the request of The Associated Press.
The bus driver reported the shots were fired near Cermak Road and Wolcott Avenue.
